• Coverage applies only to the registered product and its unique serial number.
• Warranty protects against manufacturer defects; it does not cover accidental damage, misuse, wear-and-tear, or unauthorized modifications.
• Service requests must be submitted within the coverage period.
• Coverage is valid solely in the country of original purchase. 
• Proof of purchase and product registration are required for activation and claims.

Registration & Claims Process

1. Select your desired warranty duration (1, 2, or 3 years) at the time of purchase or within the original warranty period.
2. Register your extended warranty using your product’s serial number.
3. Retain your proof of purchase for verification.
4. Contact SACON Customer Support during the coverage period to request service or initiate a claim.
